This topic required a certain amount of investment in vlogger culture to understand the context and was a bit of a culture shock when I saw the brief. However through thorough research of the topic I was able to produce engaging content about drama between a pair of high-profile figures.
Commercial Copy at Global
I have written a variety of mailouts and competition pieces for the various radio stations at Global including Smooth, Heart, Capital and Radio X. I have attached a selection of these to show the variety of audiences I have written for below, and can provide further examples on request. These tasks were completed so successfully that I have been used by Global in a freelance capacity on multiple occasions.
Music Reviews
While many examples of these have been lost as blogs fade away, my roots in writing are in music journalism; specifically album reviews and diary-style reports on live music.
The World Is A Beautiful Place... - Harmlessness

I was trusted with a private advance stream of this album over a month before it was released. In writing the review I was able to summarise quite a dense work and display a wide-reaching knowledge of acts related to the band in question. While there are things about the piece I would change now, at the time both the band and their label were very pleased with it.
